Shipping Policy

At Dantès, we aim to handle and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing & Handling

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Norway)

  • Standard Shipping (Bring / Posten): 2–4 business days — NOK 79 / Free on orders over NOK 1 500

  • In-Store Pick Up (Click & Collect): Free of charge. Orders are usually ready for pick-up within 2–4 hours during store operating hours.

    • Pick-up Location: Dantès, Vibes gate 21A, 0356 Oslo.

International Shipping (Sløyf denne seksjonen dersom dere kun sender i Norge)

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Estimated delivery time for international orders is 3–7 business days depending on destination.

  • Taxes & Customs: Please note that orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dantès is not responsible for these charges if applied.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive your order damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at christian@dantes.no with your order number and photos of the item's condition.
